Our story begins with Executive Chef David Bouton, whose love for the culinary arts was ignited at just seven years old while cooking alongside his mother. By the age of 12, he was honing his skills at his uncle's deli, setting the foundation for a remarkable culinary journey.

Chef David’s professional career took shape after graduating from the renowned Ceproc School in Paris, also known as the Center of Excellence for Culinary Professions. During his time in Paris, he gained invaluable experience working at prestigious establishments like Davoli and Lenôtre, before bringing his expertise to Thailand in 1998.

Throughout his career, Chef David has earned multiple accolades in butchery, cookery, and delicatessen.
