I’m reintroducing myself, as some may have noticed or heard that I’ve returned to my original company, Hua Hin Property 2009 Co., Ltd. My goal remains the same: to provide valuable information, guidance, and support in Hua Hin’s growing property sector.

A bit about me – I moved to Hua Hin 19 years ago with my two young children, both of whom attended school here during their early years (and now I have a third child!). My career in Hua Hin began with a partnership in a prominent real estate agency from 2004 to 2009, during which we saw significant success before the 2008 downturn. Following this, I decided to branch out and establish Hua Hin Property Co., Ltd. I eventually brought on two new partners to help manage the influx of new buyers drawn to Hua Hin. Since then, our agency has thrived, building trust and confidence within the property market, with many clients coming from referrals within the Hua Hin community. We’ve also navigated new forms of property ownership, ensuring both investors and retirees can make the most of Hua Hin’s unique offerings.

During the recent years impacted by the pandemic, I leaned on an internet-based real estate business to generate leads, given the dip in direct visitors. Now, however, I am refocused on delivering a more personal service, allowing me to spend more time with each client, truly understanding their needs and creating confidence throughout the buying process.

My strengths include working closely with established local law firms to stay updated on legal changes affecting buyers. This ensures I can confidently guide clients, offering them the best options that meet their needs. While buying property isn’t overly complex, researching the finer details is challenging, given the unique aspects of local law. I understand many people feel they know the options, but I often find there’s a need for more precise guidance, which I am dedicated to providing.
